Elton John, David Bowie, Queen. All excellent acts that no longer release records. Thankfully for fans of the genre, there is Hayden Miller. Born into a highly musical family, (his grandfather played steel guitar for Hank Thompson and other Texas country/swing acts of the sixties) Hayden had always had music is his blood. He moved to Fort Worth right out of high school and began cutting his teeth with his first Fort Worth outfit, The Frisky Disco, at iconic and sadly shut down venues such as The Grotto, Lola’s, Twilite and The Cellar. Later, around 2014, he and longtime collaborators Tyler Vela and Jordan Tucker formed Dead Vinyl, a now well-known and influential rock n’ roll band in the DFW area. After a decade of work and touring with Dead Vinyl, Hayden is still singing and writing songs with his band mates and best friends. However, after the death of an old friend, Hayden decided to write and self-produce a solo record that was released in October of 2023 called “BARTALK”. The album is not only a heartfelt valentine to his late friend but a great accompaniment to anyone’s mental health journey. An exposition of grief and loss through catchy pop piano tunes.
“Miller, whether he’s belting out soulful bangers in Dead Vinyl or composing these heartfelt salutes to wild nights and bloodshot mornings, knows his way around the classic rock canon.” - The Fort Worth Weekly (Oct. 4th, 2023)
Radio-friendly, family-friendly power trio rock band. Think Cutthroat Finches and Henry the Archer as similar stylistically. Not hardcore, but best suited for a stage with sound reinforcement. Fun shows with catchy tunes.

Fort Worth based singer/songwriter, Bronson Louis' unconventional beginnings has paved a way to express an Americana Texas country style of his own. Influences such as Don Henley & Jason Isbell put a focus on the tone of his vocals along with well placed melodies & dynamics that build within his original works. His love for lifes simplistic moments as well as his internal experiences are all reflected in his writing & overall song tonality.
Leaving the conventional blue collar field to pursue music full time has proved both a rewarding challenge & an eye opening experience that has found him also encouraging other local musicians into chasing their dreams in this tough industry. His music as well as his personality are a welcomed authentic, relatable nuance that personally speaks to a wide multitude of audiences. In his short time since performing live, Bronson has found himself opening for local talents being able to share his original works on stages amongst crowds of people. He has also been showcased on local radio stations & of course constantly builds a fan base by performing live at music venues all throughout DFW. His latest studio single Simple Love Song has found a place in many hearts as a testimony to love's challenges & determination to success, just as his view towards this new livelihood in music...

I call it "Rock, Pop & Soul". Rock and blues guitar riffs, pop rhythms and feel. Soulful voice. My songs have excited couples to dance and put babies to sleep. Not sure how, but it happens. I've played small settings and an amphitheater. I'm comfortable regardless.
Bio
“My grandmother was 1 of 9 children. Every year on family reunion weekend, her and the siblings would convene and sing together. Harmonizing. No practice. I said ‘I don’t know what’s happening right now, but I want to do THAT!”
Larry's musical influences are as diverse as his life experiences. The energy and excitement of 80s rock, the raw power of blues and 90s-2000s hard rock, the spiritual depth of gospel, and the infectious rhythms of pop and funk have all shaped his sound.
“Church was live and heavy EVERY Sunday. That was my basis. So the music has to have spice. If it doesn’t hit you, I’m not with it.”
In 2014, Larry's life took a dramatic turn. A heart condition forced him to reevaluate his priorities and appreciate the gift of life. This experience fueled a newfound sense of purpose and inspired him to create music that celebrates hope and resilience.
The debut single, "Sing Your Song," is a reflection of these experiences. It's a pop rock anthem that encourages listeners to persevere through challenges, find joy in the darkest moments, and embrace the beauty of life. The contrasting elements of the song, a joyful, danceable verse and a powerful, driving chorus—mirror the complexities of life itself.
The message is simple: God is real and miracles happen. There is hope in darkness and when the sun finally shines, bathe in the light.

HopFusion Ale Works is a veteran-owned craft brewery in Fort Worth, Texas. They opened in late November, 2016 - deep in the heart of The Near Southside. In fact, they were one of the very first to open their doors in the South Main area. Their passions run deep and far − the outdoors, the Near Southside, cycling, the arts, local food, good friends, friendly dogs and, yes, excellent craft beer. They discovered along the way that craft beer isn’t about a product or even a brand. It's about community and friends. At its core, craft beer is about the experience.

My vibe when performing as a solo artist can range from intimate acoustic settings to large stages with a cranked fender amp. My singing is largely contemporary with some R&B influences. My guitar playing tends to be more lead guitar than rhythm.

Our vibe evolves throughout the set with moments of sweet tenderness and crooning, to violent outbursts of angry guitars and gut-spilling, sustained vocals. Our onstage antics are a spectacle. Every show, you see Will die onstage. His soul leaves his body, it transcends earthly limitations, only to be revived shortly after giving everything, every ounce of energy to the music he creates as if his life depends on it.

Phantomelo is an Indie Alternative quartet from Dallas, Texas. Described as psychedelic-surf rock, they take inspiration from the ethereal vocals of Washed Out, with the madness of David Byrne and collide them with sonic soundscapes that nod to Grizzly Bear, Wavves, Dandy Warhols and Radiohead.
Their journey began in Arlington Tx, and after working with Taylor Tatsch from AudioStyles, released their locally lauded "Pet Your Dog More" in 2019.
Winners of Song of the year, Ep of the Year, Video of the Year and Guitarist of the Year by the Fort Worth Weekly in 2019. They received an award for Best Bassist by the Fort Worth Weekly in 2022. Nominated for best pop act in 2023.
2024 saw the band begin work on their debut LP, which is currently in progress.
"'Shark Attack,' with its crunchy riffs and single line of lyrics, hits like a riptide washing somewhere near the shoreline of Wavves’ King of The Beach era. It’s doomscrolling exasperation slightly tempered with a breezy surf-rock bite."
-KXT, 2022
"If they were a tropical storm before, “The Tempest” just upgraded Phantomelo to full-on hurricane."
-Central Track, 2021
"The Tempest" finale is a full-blown trash hurricane – literally.
-NPR, Art and Seek, 2021
“The Tempest” is a colorful and emotive indie rock outing...with huge production that has a larger than life feeling with some sneakily catchy ideas and big guitar riffs that bring it all home in epic fashion.

The Kubes
Vibe Check
We're a psychedelic-inspired group, but we indulge in many styles of music including blues and jazz fusion, and our live performances reflect that. We are pretty loud and energetic with our electrified quartet sound, but we also enjoy playing softer, more ambient jams and instrumentals too. In an average performance, we hype up the crowd with a raucous opener or two on one of our singles, and then spread it out more for improvisation within songs or longer-form compositions played live.

Though a Parker County native, Matt Tedder has long called Fort Worth home. Of course, home is rarely where any musician lays his head and Matt has been fortunate at 28 to have experiences over the last fourteen years from street corners to main stages at international festivals.
Those adventures are findin’ fruit in a recently released album produced by Gordy Quist of Band of Heathens infamy. After shakin’ Americana Fest in September the first peach to fall was a Fort Worth Weekly Music Award for Album Of The Year. That lead to some sweet bites like a Fall residency at The Continental Club & a feature spot on the Visit Fort Worth Stage at LUCK Reunion. But maybe the tastiest treat was the honor of openin’ up for Bob Wills’ Texas Playboys at the historic Longhorn Ballroom.
Country roots were ever present as those of a post oak, but blues called him out at a young age and the road home was long.
Lauded as a guitar man since he was a boy, Tedder now feeds his true calling as a honkytonk wordsmith. He’s capable of laying down embraceable turn of phrase inside everything from a hot Austin boogie to a post-war waltz. Then he’ll light up your lava lamp with a psychedelic romp suitable for a desert run with the windows down. Of course, those blues are always close at hand & he can slide ‘em into a set seamlessly…
The voice is immediately recognizable due to quick web searches finding national television appearances long before he actually found his.
And this voice carries a comforting Texas twang that’s like no other, clearly infused with childhood memories of the haunting sounds of Hank & Merle.
Everybody does a lil’ time in Nashville then makes parole & goes home, Willie in ‘72 and Tedder at just twenty after a hard three year ride. He did his time & don’t plan on reoffendin’, Fort Worth & Austin are a better fit. But regardless of where he finds himself, you can bet he’ll give ya one hell of a show. Y’all get ready…

We are a fuzzy garage rock band that puts on an energetic rock show
Bio
Labels the Fuzzy Garage/Punk Psych band was created from the ground up by twin brothers (Taylor and Braden Burgan) with a cheap drum set, old guitar and a small room in a garage. Their early stages included sweaty jam sessions, muddy voice memos and raw emotion through sound. This paved the way for what eventually became Labels, a fuzzy neo-psych driven punk rock band that will leave you melted. And even though their sound mostly resorts to that of hard fuzz rock, they will surprise you with soothing synths, dreamy vocals and sometimes soft acoustic songs. Their heavy fuzz sound was influenced by their favorite bands such as Ty Segall, King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard, Thee Oh Sees, Frankie and the Witch Fingers and many more Neo-Psych bands! These 2 brothers are always looking to improve their sound and venture their way through life with the joy of new music. In 2024 after their release of MORAL LAWS, they added band members Tyler Waller and Ryan Schroeder into the band to help expand the bands sound into different horizons

Taylor Craig Mills has been described as classic American folk, and it’s apparent when strumming solo for an intimate crowd while his soulful, melodic voice spins hopeful yarns of overcoming loss and adversity.

We are a power trio with double vocals and we like to be loud but only when it makes sense, dynamics are extremely important. We have played outdoor stages as well as the Chat Room.

Spring Palace is a indie rock band from Fort Worth. Their name is inspired from the Texas agricultural exposition structure of 1889, which was destroyed in a massive fire two seasons after being built.
After the birth of his son, and a five year break from music, Chase Johnson began writing songs and passing around acoustic demos to friends and local musicians. Jacob Jones, a high school friend and former bandmate from the short lived group The Noble Chocolatiers, joined first on bass and backing vocals. Rounding out the trio is newcomer Seth Gamez on drums. Chase met Seth at a Denver Williams album release show, when they struck up a conversation because Seth was wearing a hat from the Dallas based band Duell.
Spring Palace’s music has been described as a throwback to the catchy, slacker guitar sounds of the early 2000s with bands like Built to Spill and Pavement acting as foundational inspiration. Their mid tempo vibe is derived from the blending of jangly Fender Telecaster riffs right on the edge of breaking up, and a steady supply of double vocals.
The band released their first EP ‘Whatever Happens’ in April of 2023 with the help of Fort Worth engineer Peter Wierenga. The initial tracking was recorded at The Cove in Arlington but the closure of that studio to the public forced the group to move production up to Redwood Studio in Denton,Texas, which is the home studio for the band Midlake. The EP was mastered by Danny Kalb with album art by Emil Rapstine.
We are a 7 member party rock band covering songs from the B-52s and other 80's bands.

Rock show, 5 pc band, energetic. Sounds like Oasis and Tom Petty made a baby child.

Cut Throat Finches: An ironic name for a tiny bird, with a giant Texas sound. Current hold title of FWTX Mag's "Best Live Band in Ft Worth TX" (Editors Choice). This Americana-ish rock band shares an affection for indie/alt rock royalty and have been described as "what you would get if you dropped a big British band right in the heart of Texas". Their studio writing blends together like flavors in a hand crafted cocktail that beg for the next long drink. Cut Throat Finches lure in their crowd with infectious melodies and personality to spare.
Singer-songwriter Sean Russell, a proud resident and advocate of the Fort Worth Texas music scene, formed the band mid-2015 with a group of much-lauded players from the area (Taylor Tatsch- guitar / Eric Webb- keys / Draya Ruse- Drums/ Rob Paine- bass ).This band receives a healthy dose of radio and press being recognized for their writing and performing, being nominated over the past three albums, for album of the year, rock band of the year, and more. In 2019, Cut Throat Finches released their third album, called ‘In Event of Moon Disaster’ which was the band’s first concept album, inspired by a speech written for the Apollo 11 mission. They are currently involved in a series of area studio sessions, releasing new material showcasing the sound of each studio and producer through 2022, looking forward to a shutdowns in the rearview mirror for good!
Rock band. Sometimes loud, sometimes not. Sometimes both in the same song. Layered washes of guitars, keys and harmonies. Band is best suited for medium to large stages that can capture the full complement of sounds.

Rock and roll has always been malleable, shifting and expanding and contracting thru the decades, but rare is the artist who bends and shapes it to their own journey with consistency. Veteran craftsman Kevin Aldridge’s newest full band effort Hotel Satellite accomplishes the task with aplomb while still managing to sound both urgent and necessary.
At its heart is Aldridge’s stalwart Neil Youngian sense of melody combined with Tom Petty’s penchant for simplistic chords and structures, but the band’s sonics are more modern, awash with layers of sound that are at once dreamy, psychedelic, and entirely focused. Sharp turns of phrase punctuate the effervescent harmonies that float on top of the inter loping guitars and shimmering keys on their inaugural single “I Don’t Know Where To Start.” With a “start” this strong, the sky’s the limit.
Oatmeal Pizza is a Dallas based Nirvana cover band. It all began in early Spring 2022 with a goal of covering the compilation album "Incesticide" in its entirety. We debuted the project at Three Links in Deep Ellum on May 12, 2022. Due to the enthusiastic swell of support, we expanded the band to cover all of Nirvana's discography and added a few other songs from the same era.
